All products offered on this website are subject to availability. HAVNIL reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, minor variations in color, material, or appearance may occur due to production processes or differences in device displays.

All prices displayed on the website may vary depending on the customer’s location. The final price, including all applicable taxes and shipping costs, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed. HAVNIL reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will always be the price charged for the order.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers. HAVNIL does not store or have access to full payment card details. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. HAVNIL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or other exceptional circumstances. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

HAVNIL shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection law, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

All intellectual property rights relating to this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of HAVNIL and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

HAVNIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
