This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with HAVNIL, registered in Denmark under CVR number 46111648.

HAVNIL ships orders from Denmark and offers delivery within Denmark and selected international destinations. Available shipping options, delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s location and the selected delivery method.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

For deliveries within Copenhagen, HAVNIL aims to deliver orders within 24 hours from dispatch. This timeframe is a service target and not a guaranteed delivery time, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints.

Delivery times for destinations outside Copenhagen and for international orders vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and local conditions. All delivery time estimates provided at checkout are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee.

HAVNIL is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, public holidays, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is returned to HAVNIL due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
