Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply select your product, choose any available options, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at havnilhelp@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Do you deliver within Copenhagen in 24 hours?
For deliveries within Copenhagen, we aim to deliver orders within 24 hours from dispatch. This is a service target, not a guaranteed delivery time.
Will I receive tracking information?

Customers within the EU have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.
