This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from HAVNIL, CVR number 46111648, and is designed to comply with EU consumer protection regulations.

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at havnilhelp@gmail.com within the withdrawal period.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, products showing signs of wear, damage, or use may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
